A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE ANNEXATION
OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF
1 SAN JACINTO (ANNEXATION NO. 54) i

2 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto

3 adopted Resolution No. 1616, acknowledging receipt of th r=

4 petition for annexat i n, consented c0 aucn annexation and
I
5 authorized the s:ibmittal Df the appropriate application sIr
the Local Agency Formation Commission; and

I WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission by nescl -

utior Na . 73-56, dated December IS, 19e6, designated the --it'v

9 of San Jacinto as the canCuctirg authority and authcri ed

10 annexation designated, Local Agency Formation Commissicn No.

11 eb-76-3, to proceed subject to the terms are conditions of t'ne
Government Code Section 35200 et seq. ; and
13 WHEREAS, on January 6, 1927, the City Council of the City
14 of San Jacinto adopted Resolution No. 1674 initiating proceeC

15 irgs fcr this annexatior; ara
16 WHEREAS, toe City Council , acting as the conductir'q
17 authority, opened t-ie public hearing en February 3, 19e7, and
18 after receiving oral andwritten testimony, closed the public
191 hearing on said date; and
201 WHEREAS, the City Clerk has evaluated the sufficiency and
21 value of written and oral protest filed and nut nithdrawr in
22 accordance with Government Code commencing with Section 350C:0.
23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Ccunril If
