RESOLUTION NO. 1667
� I RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, PROHIBITING PARKING ON ESPLANADE AVENUE,
21 BETWEEN SAN JACINTO AVENUE (HWY 791 AND HEWITT STREET
3 ,
THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING
4 FACTS:
51 Traffic volume has increased on Esplanade Avenue to a point
of saturation with impedes the safe and efficient flow of
6 traffic.

That it is the recommendation of the City Planning Staff and
81 the Traffic Engineer that a more definitive delineation of
9 roadway markings ,and signing would be possible if parking
were prohibited, and which would permit a more positive flow

of traffic.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
11 City of San Jacinto, in regular session, this 4th day of
12 November; 1986 as follows:

1. Council concurs with the finding of fact.

2. It is hereby directed that parking shall be prohibited
14 along Esplanade Avenue between San Jacinto Avenue (Hw `
79) and Hewitt Street.
)15 3. The Department of Public Works shall cause the

appropriate markings to be placed along Esplanade Avenue
]7 and this Resolution shall become effective upon the
placement of such markings.
181; 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of thi_=
Resolution.
