RESOLUTION NO. 1565
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
] JACINTO ESTABLISHING THE PRE-ZONING FOR THE 'LAND WITHIN
2 THE BOUNDARIES OF ANNEXATIONS NO. 54 AND 55.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 703 of the City of San Jacintc
3' that all lan❑ annexed to the City shall be assigned a Cit,
4 zoning classification most similar to the County zoning
classification; and
'I WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission
recuires official notification of the intended City
H'I :zoning; and
WHEREAS, the property within Annexation No. 54 is
currently zoned County C-P and R-2; and
WHEREAS, the property within Annexation 55 is
currently zoned County A-1 A-2, C-P, R-1, R-2, :R-31
Io R-A, R-D, R-P, R R and W-1.
ll l WHEREAS, the following lists of City zones are
equivalent to the County zones .
