CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, RED'UESTING
3 PARTICI°ATION IN RIVERSIDE COUNTY AdAR.O 36/8390
¢, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO requests participation in
b ; Award 86/8390 TO UNOCAL 76 by the Riverside County Board of Supervisors for
0 the purchase of lubricating oils and greases from 11uly 1 , 1986, through
71 June 30, 1997.
8 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Jacinto
9 approves the following terms and conditions relating to participation in the
10. County contract for lubricating oils and greases:
11 1. hill make all purchases in its own name, for public use only;
12 2. Will be responsible for payment directly to the vendor and for
13 tax liability and will hold the County harmless therefrom;
14 3. Has not and will not have in force any other contract for like
15 purchases;
161 4. Has not obtained and does not have under consideration written
17 bids or quotations from other vendors for like purchases.
