!IMERE,AS, some property owners desire annexation to the Citv of San Jacint

IHERE,AS, annexation to the City of San Jacinto will contriLute to the

orderly growth of the City, provide proper control of street layouts, sanitar,

sewer and water design and to insure proper use of land in conformity with ph

Ceneral plan.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:

1 . The City Council of the City of San Jacinto proposes to initiate on
12
its own motion proceedings to annex to the City of San Jacinto all the ter-
13
ritory hereinafter described on Exhibit "A." as inhabited territory pursuant
12
to the provisions of the municipal Organization Act.

2. That the territory which the Council proposes to annex shall be
16
identified as Annexation No. 55
17
3. That the City Manager, or his designated representative, is hereby
18 I
authorized to file with the Local Agency Formation Commission the appropriat
application and sign any and all documents therer'ore.

MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED on the 3th day of July 1936.
