A. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ALL RUBBISH
AND REFUSEUPON AND ALL WEEDS GROWING UPON SPEC-
IFIED STREETS AND PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHIN SAID
1� CITY TO BE PUBLIC NUISANCES AND DECLARING ITS
INTENTION TO REMOVE AND ABATE THE SAME UNDER AND
2, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF TITLE 4,
DIVISION 3, PART- 2, CHAPTER 13, ARTICLE 2, OF
2 THE GOVERNMENT CODE
4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO ASSEMBLED IN
5' REGULAR SESSION THIS 8th DAY OF APRIL, 1986 DOES HEREBY
6 RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
i 1. , It is hereby found, determined and declared that
rubbish and refuse existing upon the hereinafter described
g parkways, streets and private property within the City of
San Jacinto, and weeds which bear seeds of wingy and/or downy
g nature and/or attain such a large growth as to become a fire
menace when dry, and/or which are otherwise noxious and/or
- 101 dangerous, are growing upon the streets, sidewalks and
private property in the City of San Jacinto, California,
it described in Exhibit "A" hereinafter referred to.
12 2. That pursuant to the provisions of Article 2, Chapte
13, Part 2, Division 3, Title 4, of the Californiar
13 Government Code, such rubbish and refuse existing at and suck
weeds growing in or upon streets, sidewalks, parkways ci
14 private property at the locations set forth and more
particularly described in that certain list attached, markec
151 Exhibit "A", and by this reference incorporated in and made
part ,hereof, are determined and declared to be a public
161 nuisance which must be abated by the removal thereof.
17 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council at the tim
of its regular meeting on April 22, 1986 at 7:30 P.M. in th
ig Council Chambers in the City Hall of said City, to hear an
consider all objections to the proposed removal of weeds
19 rubbish and refuse.
201 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certif
to the <adoption of this resolution and cause it to b
21 published pursuant to law.
