A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING RATES FOR
(' THE COLLECTION OF GARBAGE AND RUBBISH COLLECTED
1 WITHIN OR BY THE SAID CITY OF SA14 JACINTO
21 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY RESOLV]
AS FOLLOWS:
3 Section 1. This resolution supersedes Resolution No .1569
4 adopted January 22nd 1985.'
5 Section 2. For the privilege of having garbage and rubbis
collected not less than twice during each calendar week, ther
6 ' shall be assessed and charged:
7 (a) For the owner or occupant of residences: $6.29 pe
month.

(b) For the owner or operator of multiple unit cwellinc
J ' each having kitchen facilities: $6.29 per month fc
the first unit and $5.79 for each additional uni
10i regardless whether occupied or not.
11j (c) For the owner or operator of any commercial establisl
ment, except as set forth in sub-paragraph (d) below
12 The rate of $3.50 per cubic yard of volume of tY
rubbish and trash containers maintained at eac
13 establishment, provided, however, that in no evei
shall the fee be less than $7.24 per month. T1
14 1 minimum charge for bin service shall be $29.58.
15; (d) Mobilehome parks having refuse picked up at ea
space but the fees are billed to and paid by t
16 operator shall be charged an the same basis as su
paragraph (a) above.

Other Mobilehome parks shall be charged the commerci
18 rate if refuse is collected at central locations

1 (e) The City Council may provide that rubbish not incluc
within the definition of either "garbage" or °waste
21 as provided in Section 11-1 of the City Code,
collected by the City for such charge the City Manac
22 or other officer of the Contracting Party
authorized by the City Council may determine to

24lj For extra dump requests: $7.40 for a one and one h,
cubic yard bin, $10.50 for a three cubic yard b.
251f and $14.00 for a four cubic yard bin.
261 Section 3. This rate resolution shall become effective
I1 the trash and refuse billing period first commencing of
27Ij December 21st 1985.
28; Section 4. The city Council does so resolve pursuant
the authority vested in it be the provisions of Section 11
219) � of the city Code of said City.
