A-RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING AND DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF A
HOUSING POLICIES REPORT UNDER SECTION 103A
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Jacinto,
California as follows:
WHEREAS, Section 103A of the Internal Revenue Code of
1954, as amended requires issuers of qualified mortgage bonds
to prepare and publish, following a public hearing preceded by
reasonable public notice, a report concerning housing policies;
WHEREAS, there has been prepared and filed with the City
Clerk of this City a Housing Policies Report, and the members
of this Council have reviewed said Report and each and every
part thereof; and
WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing has been held
regarding the Report and all persons desiring to be heard have
been heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, It is hereby ORDERED and DETERMINED as
follows:
i . The Housing Policies Report of the City of San
Jacintolis hereby adopted and replaces any previously adopted
Housing Policies Report.
2. The City Clerk of the City is hereby directed to
publish such Report on or before November 30, 1985, by making
copies available to the interested public.
3 . The City Clerk of the City is 'hereby directed to
submit a copy of such Report to the Internal Revenue Service on
or before December 31, 1985, J
