RESOLUTION NO. 1629
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF'
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE ANNEXATION
OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF
1 SAN JACINTO
2 'WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto
3 adopted Resolution No. 1571, acknowledging receipt of the
4 petition for annexation, consented to such annexation and
5 authorized the submittal of the appropriate application
G to the Local Agency Formation Commission; and
7 WHEREAS; the Local Agency Formation Couunission on
i Thursday, September 26, 1985 designated the City of San
l 7acinto as the Conducting Authority and authorized the
10 annexation designated, Local Agency Formation Commission
Il No. 85-67-3 to proceed without notice or hearing,
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
131 1. The City Council hereby`declares that by submitt-
14 ing a petition request for annexation the record property
15 owners of the City of San Jacinto Annexation No. 52 have
16 waived all protest rights.
17 2. The City Council hereby declares its finding to
lg be that no protest has been made with respect to Annexa-
191 lion 1,1o. 52.
20 1 ? . The territory referred to herein is described as
21 � set forth in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto as made
22 � a part hereof.
23 4. The City Administrative Officers be and they are
24I hereby directed to take the necessary steps to complete
qr this annexation as required by lay:;.

That portion of Farm Lots 77 and 79 and the San Jacinto Street
right-of-way as shown by Map of the San Jacinto Land Associa-
tion on file in Book 8, Page 357 of Maps, San Diego County
Records, in Section 2, 'Township 5 South, Range 1 Hest, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the County of Riverside, State
of California, more particularly described as follows :
BEGINNING at the centerline intersection of San Jacinto Street,
60.00 feet wide,' and Commonwealth Avenue, 80.00 feet wide;
THENCE Northerly along the centerline of San Jacinto Street a
distance of 195 feet to an intersection with the Easterly pro-
longation of the North 'line of the South 165 feet of said Farm
Lot 77;
THENCE Westerly along said North line and its prolongation a
distance of 870 feet, more or less, to a point distaut 450 feet
Easterly froi❑ the centerline of. Santa Fe Street, 60.60 feet wide;
THENCE Southerly parallel with the centerline of Santa Fe Street
a distance of 165 feet to the North line of said Farm 79;
THENCE continuing Southerly parallel with the centerline of Santa
Fe Street a distance of 330 feet to the South line of the North
half of said Farm Lot 79;
THENCE Easterly along said South line and its prolongation a
distance of 670 feet to the centerline of San Jacinto Street;
THENCE Northerly along said centerline a distance of 300 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 9.89 acres, more or less.
