A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF y�
THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA,
ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDN@SENT
1 OF CERTAIN ALLEY-WAYS DESCRIBED IN
EXHIBIT "A"

WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cit* of San Jacinto,
California, having expressed its intention to vacate and

abandon the public right-of-way over the property shown on
5
attached Exhibit "A"; and

WHEREAS, a public hearing, as required by law, was
7
conducted by the City Council on the 20th day of August

1985, and the 3rd of September 1985, and
9
WHEREAS, all notices and posting, as required by law
10
of said vacation, have been posted and given; and
11
WHEREAS, it is the City of San Jacinto s intent
12 ion to
vacate the herein described property to property owners)

of
14 record; and
WHEREAS, all objections of any thereto having been
15
heard and considered, and it having been found that the
16
City has nopresent or prospective use for said public
17
right-of-way;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:

�` 1. That the proposed vacation outlined on Exhibit "A"
20 is not within an area for which a General or master
Plan is adopted.

2. That the public right-of-way ever the property
22 described in Exhibit "A°" be vacated and abandoned.
23 3. That the City reserves for itself and all other
public utilities a public utility easement and
2`1' the right at any time to construct, maintain,
operate, rep'ace, remove and renew upon, over and
