SAN 'JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, OF INTENTION TO ORDER
3 ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF ALLEY-�IAY BETWEEN
DILLON AND VICTORIA AVENUES SOUTH OF N.AIN STREET

The City Council of the City of San Jacinto, California, does hereby

declare its intent to vacate and abandon the public right-of-way under and

through the property hereinafter described in the City of San Jacinto, County

of Riverside, State of California.

A, map of said property proposed to be vacated and abandoned is on file

n the office of the Department of Community Development in the City of San

Jacinto to which reference is hereby made for further particulars.

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in or objective to the

proposed vacation and abandonment that a hearing thereon will he held at the
13
City Council Chambers in the City of San Jacinto located at 209 East Plain
14' Street, San Jacinto, California, at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, August 20, 1985, whiff
15
set time is not less than fifteen (15) days from the adoption of this Resclu

tion.

The City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution in the same marine

prescribed by law for- the publishing of ordinances of the City and to post

notices of vacation conspicuously alonq the line of the property proposed tc

he vacated at least ten (10) days before the date hereinabove set for heariT

said notices to be not Tore than three hundred (300) feet apart. At least

three (3) of such notices shall be posted and shall state that this resolut

has been adopted, and the time and place hereinabove set forth for hearing
