JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE 1�05 EDITION OF
3 STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC ,FORKS CONSTRUCTION
AND THE SAN J.ACINTO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS STANDARD
4 SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC UORKS CONSTRUCTION AS WENDED
5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO HERESY 3ESOLVES AS FOLLO'rIS:
Section 1 . The City Council of the City of San Jacinto hereby adopts th
19B5 Edition of the Standard Specifications for Public "orks Construction as
7 amended from time to time.
g One (1) copy of the 1985 Edition of the Standard Specifications for Pub-
lic Works Construction, popularly known as the "Green Book", authored by the
9 joint Cooperative Committee of the Southern California Chapters of the Ameri
can Public Works Association and Associated General Contractors of Californic
10 having been filed in the office of the San Jacin-_o City Clerk, the same are

ereby designated and adopted by reference as the Public lorks Construction
11 Code of the City of San Jacinto, State of California.
12 Section 2. The City Council of the City of San Jacinto hereby adopts
the San Jacinto Department of Public !clerks Standard Specifications for Publi,
13 Works Construction, as amended.
14 Section 3. Resolution No. 1359 is hereby rescinded.
1,51 Section 4. The Citv Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Resolu-
tion and shall cause the same to be published in the Valley Register, a news
161 paper of general circulation printed and published in the County of Riversid
in the manner prescribed by law.
