'CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA. REQUESTING
PARTICIPATION IH RIVERSIDE COUNTY AWARD 85/7855

4 BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY OF SAii JACINTO requests participation in
OI Award 85/7855 to Union Oil Co. by the Riverside County Board of Supervisors
6I for The purchase of lubricating oils and greases from July 1 , 1985, through
June 30, 1986.
3 BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED that the City C.cuncil of the City of San Jacinto
9', approves the following terms and conditions relating to participation in the
10 County contract for lubricating oils and greases:
11 1. Will make all purchases in its porn name, for public use only;
I
12 2. Will he responsible for payment directly to the vendor and for
13 tax liability and will hold the County harmless therefrom;
14 3. Has not and will not have in force any other contract for like
15 purchases;
16 4. Has not obtained and does rot have under consideration written
17 bids or quotations from other vendors for like purchases.
