211 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISPING A
3 SPENDING LIh1ITATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985-86
4. �1HEREAS, Article XIIIB of the California Constitution provides for the
5 establishment of a formal spending limitation; and
6� AERFAS, the San Jacinto City Council has net the public hearing requir
i') ments pursuant to SB1352, Chapter 1205 of the 1920 Statutes; and
8{ WHEREAS, the spending limitation for Fiscal Year 1985-86 totals
Q r2,965,187 adjusted for various exempted fees and funds,
10l, NOU, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Fiscal Year 1985-86 spending limita
11I +ion is hereby established as $2,965,187 subject to later adjustments for
121 annexations, transfer and newly-assumed services and newly-established fees
13I MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting this 26th day of dune
141 1985, by the following vote:
15 AYES: Councilmen Visser, Rose, Stevens and Divine
16I NOES: None
