2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITE( COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO ESTABLISHING THE PRE-ZONING FOR THE
3 LAND I.IITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF ANNEXATION 110. 52
1'' UHEP.EAS, Ordinance "le: 703 of the City of San Jacinto that all land
5 annexed to the City shall be assigned a City zoning classification most
similar to the County zoning classification; and
WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission requires official noti-
fication of the intended City zoninc; and
gi 11HERE,AS, the property µiithin Annexation No. E2 is currently zoned Count}
10 C-1/0-P; and
11 !MEREAS, the most similar zoninc to County C-i/C-P is C-2, General Com-
12 Pie rcia1 .
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San
1¢ Jacinto does officially establish the zoninc within Annexation No. 52 as C-
15 General Commercial .
