I A RESOLUTION OF THE,CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, OF INTENTION TO ORDER
ABANDONMENT OF THE ALLEY-WAY LOCITED BETWEEN
3, DILLON AND V CTORIA 'AVENUES'SOUTH OF HAIN STREET
-1 The City Council or the City of San Jacinto, California, does hereby
511 declare its intent to vacate and abandon the public right-of-way-under and
through the property hereinafter described in the City of San Jacinto, Count
{5; of Riverside, State of California.
A map of said property proposed to be vacated and abandoned is an file
8 in the office of the Department of Community Development in the City of San
Jacinto to which reference is hereby made for further particulars.
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in or objecting to the
10 proposed vacation and abandonment that a hearing thereon will be held at the
11 City Council Chambers in the City of San Jacinto located at 209 East Main
Street, San Jacinto, California, at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, 1985, which

set time is not less than fifteen (15) days from the adoption of this
13 Resolution.
14i The City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution in the same manna
prescribed by law for the publishing of ordinances of the City and to post

notices of vacation conspicuously along the line of the properly proposed
14 to be vacated at least ten('_0) days before the date hereinabove set for
17 hearing, said notices to be not more than three hundred (300) feet apart.
At least three of such notices shall be posted and shall state that this
18 resolution has been adopted, and the time and place hereinabove set forth
191 for hearing thereon.
