poses to form an assessment district pursuant to -he. "Landscaping and Lighti

Act of 1972",;being Division 15, Part 2 of the Streets and Hichv:ays Code of

State of California; and

WHEREAS, the said assessment district shall include all parcels of land

,within the said District and shall be designated as the SAN JACINTO LIGHTING
13
AND LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 110. 1985-86/1-5; and

WHEREAS, it is proposed to furnish the electrical energy and landscapi
15
maintenance on the following streets as shown on San Jacinto Lighting and Lc
16 '
scaping Maintenance Plan No. 1985-86/1-5, on attac,ned Exhibits A, B, C, D an

All street lights and landscaping maintenance areas viithin said Distri(

all as shown on Plan No. 1985-86/1-5; and

l WHEREAS, it is proposed to furnish the energy and to maintain the ligh

21 system and to maintain the landscaping;
(IOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, DOES HERE
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1 . That the City Manager is hereby ordered to prepare and fil
)5 a REPORT in accordance with Article 4, Chapter 1 , ?art 2, "Landscapinc and

Lighting Act of 1972", being Division 15. Part 2, Streets Highway Code of i
{II State of California, for the furnishing of energy and the maintenance of si
lighting fixtures and appliances and Landscaping P',aintenance District No.

86/1-5 for the fiscal year commencing July 1 , 1°85, and ending June 39, 19

all as set forth in this resolution.

Section 2. That a certified copy of this resolution be presented to
