OF HIGHWAY 79 AND ESPLANADE AVENUE
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO AUTHORIZING THE

EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT PERTAINING TO THE SiGNA.ZLIZATi0h1 OF HIGH4IAY 79 AT

ESPLANADE AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City of San ,.lacinto desires to have a traffic signal at tf

intersection of Highway 79 and Esplanade Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Highway 79 is under the auspices of the California Department

Transportation (State); and

WHEREAS, the State desires the installation of a traffic signal on Hiq

way 79 at Esplanade Avenue; and

WHEREAS, the State has applied for and received federal funds for the
14
construction of said traffic signal ,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of San _lacinto hereby aui
16
prizes the Vayor to execute the aoreement, attached hereto as Exhibit "''
17 A traffic sign,
pertaining to the design, construction and maintenance of the
18
I at Highway 79 and Esplanade Avenue.
