SAN JACINTO DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO INITIATE
3 ON ITS OWN MOTION PROCEEDINGS TO ANNEX CERTAIN
INHABITED TERRITORY KNOWN AS ANNEXATION NO. 53

g dHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto desires to apply for Annexation No. 5'
pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Orqanization Act, Part 2, Divisi
7 2 of Title 4 of the Government Code; and
8 '.(HEP,EAS, the nature of the proposed change of orqanization is an annex:
tion to t'r�e City of San Jacinto; and
WHEREAS, the proposed boundaries of the affected territory are describe
10 in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
11 4HEREAS, annexation to the City of San Jacinto will contribute to the
orderly orowth of the City, provide 'Droner control of street lavouts, sani-
12 tary sewer and water design and to insure prover use of land in conformity
with the'Oeneral Plan,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:

1. The City Council of the City of San Jacinto proposes to
15 initiate on its own motion proceedings to annex to the
City of San Jacinto any or all of the territory described
16 on Exhibit "A." as inhabited territory pursuant to the prc-
visions of the runicipal Organization Act.

2 : That the territory which the Council sroposes to annex
18 shall be identified as Annexation No. 53.
3. That the City rlananar or his designated rAl,r�=Antative
21 any and all documents therefor.
