A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACIUTO, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING RESOLUTION
3 NO. 1574 CHANGING, THE NAME OF OLD fSOUNTAIN AVENUE
4 I l^1HEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the request to change the Warne of
5'I Old Mountain Avenue to Shaver Street; and
14HEREA.S, Section 34091 .1 of the Governrient Code of the State of California
provides for such changes of street names: and
SI; ,dHEREAS, it was found and determined that the name change pursuant to
9 Resolution No. 1574 was net consistent with the Riverside County Assessor's mao�
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
11 Jacinto as follows:
12 Section 1 . That Resolution No. 1574 changing the name of Old fountain
Avenue, a public street within the City of San Jacinto, to Shaver Street, as
13 shown on Exhibit "A" Of said Resolution, is hereby rescinded.
11 Section 2. That the City Council does hereby change the name of Mountain
Avenue and Mountain Avenue Extension, public streets within the City of San
15 Jacinto, to Did Mountain Avenue and Mountain Avenue, as shown on Exhibit "A"
16 attached hereto.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file this resolution
1i with the Recorder of the County of Riverside.
1R Section 4. The Citv Clerk is directed to notify the United States Post
Office of said change of name as well as the City Planning Commission, the

conformity with Section 34092 of the GCvernment Code.
221 Section 5. The change of name set forth in this Resolution shall not be
