WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto (the "City") has received an allocation
from the Mortgage Bond Allocation Committee; and

;IHEREAS, the City believes that the purpose of the City will be better
served by undertaking the proncsed bond issue in con,iunction with a similar
l nronosed bond issue of the City of F1 Monte and the City of Dcwney,

NOVI, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY 1

t i� RESOLVE PAS FOLLOWS:
10 Section 1 ., The Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement, in the form attached
hereto as Exhibit "A", is hereby approved.

Section 2. The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and
1i2' directed to execute and attest the agreement, respectively, and to execute
such other documents as may be necessary to complete the formation of the
13 authority created by the agreement.
141 Section 3. The City Planager or his deputy is hereby authorized and
directed to file such notice or documents and to take such other actions a
15 are necessary to complete the formation of the authority created by the
I agreement.

Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of
17' this resolution and the same shall take effect and be in fcr. e.
