A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAF
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA. ORDERING THE VACATION AND
ABANDONNENT OF A CERTAIN PORTION OF GRAND AVENUE
BETIEEN SEVENTH STREET AND THE SAN JA.CINTO DRAIN

OHEREAS, the City Council of the Citv of San Jacinto, California, having )
expressed its intention to vacate and abandon the public right-of-wdy over
the property shown on attached exhibit "A"; and

WHEREAS, a public hearing, as required by law, was conducted by the City

Council on the 19th day of March 1985; and

HHEREAS, all notices and costing, as required by law of said vacation,
IO� have been posted and given; and

'r1HEREAS, i� is the City of San Jacinto's intention to vacate the herein- i

14Idescribed property to property owner(s) of record; and
I WHEREAS, all objections of any thereto having been heard and considered,
and it having been found that the City has no present or prospective use for

said public right of way;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:

1 . That the proposed vacation outlined on Exhibit "A" is not with- f
18 in an area for which a General or h^aster Dlan is adopted.
That the public right-cf wav over the property described it

3. That the City reserves for itself and all other public utili-
21I ties a public utility easement and the right at any time to
construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove and renew upon,
