2�1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THE NAME
3 OF OLD MOUNTAIN AVENUE TO SHAVER STREET.
4, 11HEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the request to change the
name of Old Mountain Avenue to Shaver Street.
WHEREAS, Section 34091 .1 'of the Government Code of the State of Cali- i
fi fornia provides for such chances of street names.
NOW, ThEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
San Jacinto as follows:
Section 1 . The City Council does hereby change the name of Old
9 Mountain Avenue, a public street within the City of San Jacinto to
Shaver Street as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
0 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file this Resolution
1 with the County Recorder of the County of Riverside, State of California.
12 Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to notify the United States
Post Office of said change of name, as well as the City Planning Commis-
13 Sion, Riverside County Planning Commission and the City Engineer.
14 The City Clerk in addition is directed to forward a certified copy
of this resolution to the Board of Supervisors of the County of Riversid
15 in conformity with Section 34092 of the Government Code.
16 Section 4. The change of name set forth in this resolution shall
not be effective until Sections 2 and 3 have been complied with.
