I RESOLUTION NO. 1572
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
3 AND DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF A HOUSING
POLICIES REPORT UNDER, SECTION 103A

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SP.N JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, AS
5 FOLLOWS:
6 WHEREAS, Section ID3 A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended,
requires issuers of qualified mortgage bonds to prepare and publish, follow-
7 ing a public hearing preceded by reasonable public notice, a report concern-
inq housing policies; and

WHEREAS, there has been prepared and filed with the City Clerk of this
9 City a Housinq Policies Report, and the riembers of this Council have reviewed
said Report and each and every Part thereof; and

WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing has been held ren_ardinq the P.enortl
11 and all persons desiring to be heard have been heard; fl
12 NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED and DETERMINED as follows:
13 1 . The Housing Policies Peport of the City of San Jacinto is hereby
adopted and replaces any previously adopted Housing Policies Resort.

Z. The City Clerk of the City is hereby directed to publish such P.eI __
15 on or before March 11 , 1985, by making it available to the interested partiu�.

3. The City Clerk of the City is hereby directed to submit a copy of
17 such Report to the Internal Revenue Service on or before March 11 , 1985.

on the 5th day of March 1985, by the followinci vote:
