2�1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JA.CINTO, CALIFORNIA, REOUESTING THE LOCAL
3 AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION TO ELPINATE THE
NOTICE, HEARING AND ELECTION REQUIREMENTS OF
4 THE CONDUCTING AUTHORITY POP ANNEXATION NC. 52

1 11HEREAS, Annexation Request No. 52 is uninhabited as defined oy Section
65038 of the California Government Code: and

YHEREAS, all affected oroperty oviners have consented to Annexation Re-
truest No. 52: and

0HEREAS, satisfactory proof that all affected property owners within such
territory have consented to such chance of organization has been Dresented as
9 Drovided by Section 35151 of the California novernment Code, and

lo, 'IHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission may approve a change of
organization without notice and hearing by the Local Agencv Formation Commis- i
11 1 sior as provided by Section 351511 of the California Government Code: and
121 '.^IHEREAS, ;the Local A.gencv Formation Commission may authorize the conduct-'
ing authority to conduct proceedings for chanae of organization without public
13 hearing as per Section 35151 of the California Government Code.
1=1 hdOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Say
Jacinto, California, requests consideration of the following:

Upon the Local Agency Formation Commission anproval of Annexation No. 52 �
16 to the City of San Jacinto, the said City of San Jacinto shall he authorized
to adcot a resolution ordering the annexation of Annexation No. 52 wie'nou:
17 orovidina notice, hearinq or election provisions as provided by Section 35234
of the California Government Code. Such resolution shall allow the City Coun-
1R� oil to direct the City Clerk to record ,Annexation No. 52 as provided by State
law.
