I, RESOLUTION NO. 1570
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT OF THE
3 CITY'S MONIES IN LOCAL AGENCY INVESTMENT FUND
41 WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 730 of the Statutes of 1976, Section 16429.1i
E7 was added to the California Government Code to create a Local Agency Invest-
G� ment Fund in the State Treasury for the deport of money of a local agency
i
i for purposes of investment by the State Treasurer: and
g WHEREAS, the City Council does hereby find that the deposit and withdraw:-
9 al of the money in the local investment fund in accordance with the provisions ]

10 of Section 16429.1 of the Government Code for the ourpases of investment as
11 stated therein is in the best interest of the City of San Jacinto,
121 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby author-
13 ize the deposit and withdrawal of the city of San Jacinto monies in the Local
14 Agency Investment Fund in the State Treasury in accordance with the provisions'
15 of Section 16429.1 of the Government Code for the purpose of investment as
16 stated therein.
17 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following city officers or their succes-
sors in office shall be authorized to order the deposit or withdrawal of
