JACINTO, A CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITY, ESTABLISHING
3' RATES FOR THE COLLECTION OF GARBAGE AND RUBBISH

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT`i OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOb!S:

Section 1 . This resolution supersedes Resolution No. 1505, adopted Octo-
ber 18, 19B3, and all other prior resolutions consistent herewith.

less than twice during each calendar week, there shall be assessed and charged:i
(a) For the owner or occupant of residences: 55.94 per month.

(b) For the owner or operator of multiple unit dwellings each having
kitchen facilities: S5.94 per month for the first unit and S5.44
101I for each additional unit regardless whether occupied or not.
11 (c) For the owner or operator of any commercial establishment, except k
as set forth in sub-paragraph (d) below: The rate of $3 lE per
12 cubic yard of 'volume of the rubbish and trash containers maintained
at Each establishment, provided, however, that in no event shall
13 the fee be less than $6.89 per 'month. The minimum charge for bin
service shall be s27.65.
14 (d) Mobilehome parks having refuse Picked up at each space but the fe
15 are billed toandoaid by the operator shall be charged on the san
basis as sub-paragraph (a) above.
16 Other mobilehome parks shall be charged the commercial rate if refuse
is collected at central locations or the residential rates of in-
17 dividual collections and individual billing and payment.
Ib I (e) The City Council may provide that rubbish not included within the
definition of either "garbaee" or "waste", as provided in Section
1, 11-1 of the City Code, be collected by the Cite for such charge by

21II For new construction sites: S18.25 for a three cubic vard bin con-
tainer for the first week on the site and S11.25 for each addition-

241� Section 3. This rate resolution for Section 2(a), (b) and (c) shall he-
come effective for the trash and refuse billing period first commencing after
25 January 2, 19B5.
Section 4. The city Council does so resolve pursuant to the authority
26I vested in it by the provisions of Section 11-16 of the City Code of said City.
