3 ACCEPTING AN IRREVOCABLE OFFER TO DEDICATE
DEAL PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
4S FOLLOWS:
1 . A❑ irrevocable offer to dedicate by Clifford E. and Juanita J.

Rose, dated January 17, 1985, for easement for street purposes including
public rights-of-way, electrical transmission lines, gas, water, telephone

and cable television purposes in and to the real property hereinafter de- `

scribed on attached Exhibit "A", be and hereby is accepted.

2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to certify to a

copy of this resolution and cause it to be filed and recorded with the said

Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate in the official records of the County of

Riverside.

First Street Dedication
Property Description
That portion of Farm Lot 86 of the lands of the San Jacinto
Land Association, as shown by map on file in Book 8 page 357
of Maps, San Diego County Records, in the City of San Jacinto,
California, described as follows:
CObM, NCING at the Southwest corner of the Easterly 3 acres of
said Farm Lot 86; -
THENCE West, ;on the Southerly line of said Farm Lot, 100 feet,
to the True Point of Beginning;
THENCE Northerly, parallel with the Easterly line of said Farm
Lot, 30.00 -feet;
THENCE Westerly, parallel with the Southerly line of said Farm
Lot, 193.44 feet, more or less, to the Easterly line of the
property conveyed to Stephen Kosvic, a widower, by Deed re-
corded January 23, 1942 in Book 527 page 398 of Official
Records, Riverside County Records;
THENCE Southerly, on the Easterly line of said parcel conveyed
to Kosvic, 30.00 feet, more or less, to a point on the South
line of said Farm Lot 86;
THENCE Easterly, along said Southerly line, 193.43 feet, more
or 'less to the True 'Point of Beginning.
