SAN JACINTO, CALIFOP.NIA, APPROVING THE PURCHASE
3 � OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FOR DP,AINAGE PURPOSES �
4 I 1HEREAS, the County of Riverside notified said City cf the proposed sale j
5 of tax-defaulted property per TC-136; and
lHEREAS, the City objected to the public sale of Parcel No. 437120026-7
F�,I pursuant to Chapter S Agreement s,,Jth Riverside County; and
41 btHEREAs, the City Council of said City finds and determines that that
portion of said parcel as outlined in Exhibit "A" is needed for drainage

purposes;
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLO'vIS:
12 1. That portion of land as outlined on attached Exhibit "A", with a
13 Purchase price of One Hundred Fifty and Mo/lOO Dollars ($150.00) should be
14 acquired and devoted to drainage purposes Pursuant to Section 3695.4 of the

151 California Revenue and Taxation Code.
16 j BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City "Manager, or his designated renre-
17I sentative, is hereby authorized to transmit the purchase price to the River-
13 � side County Treasurer and Tax Collector.
