1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, A7.ROVINS AiYEND-
21 MENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE FEPIET-SAN
JACINTO AREA PLAN FO^ THE FOURTH CYCLE OF CAL-
ENDAR YEAR 1984. f
¢ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOVS:
� W , Section 65361 of the Government Cade provides that no manda-
tory element of a General Plan shall be amended more frequently Tha

g tiT.es during any calendar year, and that the City Council of the Citv of San
Jacinto is anendinq the Land Use Element of the Hemet-San Jacinto Area Flan
7 for the second time during the 1984 calendar year; and
S WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto Planning Commission held a public
hearing on chance to the Land Use Element on November 5, 1984 and December 3,
ai 1984, and did adopt Resolution No. 84-14 recommending to the City Council
concerning the General Plan Amendment and has filed with the City Council
10 i copies of map and report relating to the application; and f
11� diEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto held a public fl
hearing on January 8, 1985, and made a determination that the Land Use Elefren-u;
12 of they Hemet-San Jacinto Area Plan should be amended as follows:
13 A. Existing land use patterns will be enhanced by GPA 4-34 and
being assigned Medium Density, Low 11cdium Density, and In-
141 dustrial Designations.
15 B. GPA 4-34 will enhance the logical development of the City.
16 i C. GPA 4-84 allows reasonable and proper use of property in the
vicinity of the amendment. "

D. No significant environmental impact is expected from adoption
18 of CPA 4-84.

21 WHEREAS, the City Council finds that there will not be a sicnificant
impact uaon the environment by right of this change and adopts a 114eoative
22 Declaration for General Ilan Amendment 4-84.
23I' NOW, T'JEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
Jacinto, that the Henet-San Jacinra Area Plan be amended to reflect the change
24' aforementioned for General Flan Amendment 4-84 as noted by Exhibit "A", attachi
