RESOLUTION HO. 1563
21 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL O- THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO SETTING FORTH THE SEWER RENTAL
FEES PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF SECTION 16-91

4i THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, A. CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITY, DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
f1 ' Section 1 . This resolution sets forth the rates for sewer rental fees to
include fees for sewace disposal and for sewage collection.

Section 2. For purposes of this resolution the folla,aina definitions
shall a'ply:
n` A. Unit: A unit is defined as a sincle family dwelling or apartnent
which ins udes kitchen and bathing facilities; an office or a commercial place
1I}! of business. .All service charges are levied per each unit unless otherwise
stated in this resolution.

B. Parcel: A parcel is defined as a piece of ground which cannot be
12 divided into separate parcels under existing ordinance of the City of San

Jacinto.
C. Improved Parcel : An improved parcel is defined as a parcel upon which
14 has been 'laced one or more units.
151 D. Mobilehome Park: Any area or tract of land where two or more mobile-
home lots are rented or leased or held out for rent or lease to accommodate
16 mobilehomes used for human habitation.

17 E. Single Family Dwelling: Shall include a mobilehome used for resi-
dential purposes located or any parcel not a nrobilehome park.

F. Recreational Vehicle Park: Any area or tract of land, within an area
11 , 7ored for recreational use, where one or more lots are rented or leased or heldi
out for rent or lease to owners or users of recreational vehicles wrlich is 13c-

21 Section 3. one sewer rental er�arges as authorized by Ordinance No. 361 of
said City are hereby established as follows:

A. Single family residence S1 .00 per month
21i B. Multiple family residential units S1.00 per month per unit
,11 C. Commercial accounts S1 .00 per month per unit

D. Each hotel , motel or boardinq house SI M per month per unit

boarding house.

'.. Section 4. The fee for premises lyinc outside the City limits of the
>11�� Citv of San Jacinto and being served b,y the sewer system of the City of San
Jacinto shall be. three ( )j times the charge hereinbefore set forth and estab-

h Section 5. This resolution shall be deemed effective from the first col-
1 lection cycle commencina after December 21 , 1944, and in ratification of the
:32i action of the City Council. at its meeting of Januar,, R, 1985, increasina the

11 monthly unit charge for disposal of sewage.
