2i A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO CALIFORNIA, REOUESTING THE LOCAL
3 AGENCY FORMATION COrVISSION TO ELPINATE THE
NOTICE, HEARING AND ELECTION REOUIP.EMENTS OF

4 I THE CONDUCTING AUTHORITY FOR ANNEXATION NO. 51
b NHEP.EAS, Annexation Request No. 51 is uninhabited as defined by Section
6503E of the California Government Code; and
6lHEREAS, all affected property owners have consented to Annexation
7 ' Request No. 51; and
8I b!HEP.EAS, satisfactory proof that all affected property owners within such,
territory have consented to such chance of organization has been oresented as
A provided by Section 35151 of the California Government Code; and
1UI WIHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission may approve a change of
organization without notice and nearing by the Loca' Agency Formation Com-
11 mission as provided by Section 35151 of the California Government Code; and
12 1 WHEREAS, the focal Agency Formation Commission may authorize the con-
ducting authority to conduct proceedings for change of organization without
13 public hearing as oer Section 35151 of the California Covernment Code.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San
Jacinto, California, requests consideration of the following:

I Upon the Local Agencv Formation Commission approval of Annexation No. 51
16 to the City of San Jacinto, the said City of San Jacinto shall be authorized
to adept a resolution ordering the annexation of Annexation No. 51 without
1-1providing notice, hearing or election provisions as provided by Section 35234
` of the California Government Code. Such resolution shall allow the City Coun
18 cil to direct the Citv Clerk to record Annexation No. 51 as provided by State
law.
