OCCUPIED UNITS TO EXPAND THE CITY'S CODE

ra idHEREAS State law provides that all residents in the state
61 are entitled to safe and decent housing.
vHEREAS the City of San Jacinto is attempting to provide its
g residents ;iith the required decent housing.
9 WHEREAS the City has an existing Rental Rehabilitation Program
10 funded by Community Development Block Grants.
11 WHEREAS the City desires to include i❑ i ts program to provide
12 funds to upgrade its owner occupied housing stock.
13 BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
14 San Jacinto approves the submission of an application for the expansion
15 of its Housing Rehabilitation Program.
16 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of 'dnuary LJ84.
