JACINTO,'CALIFORNIA, EXPRESSING APPRECIATION FOR THE
MANY YEARS OF SERVICE RENDERED BY LUDHILA. SKINNER
¢�', WHEREAS, Ludmila Skinner has served the Riverside City and County Public
51 Library for a period in excess of seventeen years; and
