3��' NO-ICE, HEARING, AND ELECTION REOU' :EMENTS OF
411 THE CONDUCTING AUTHORITY FOR ANNEXATION NO. 46
5 ! WHEREAS, Annexation Request No. 46 is uninhabited ds defined by Section
65038 of the California uovernment Code; and
6 1 !HEREA.S, all affected property owners have consented to .Annexation Reques_ '
7 i No. 46; and
ail 'r.HEREAS, satisfactory proof that all affected property owners within such
territory have consented to such change of organization has been presented as
9 i provided by Section 3:151 of the California Government Code: and

dHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation C.OMMi55ion may approve a change of
10l organization �viithout notice and hearing by the Local Agency Formation Commission
11 as provided by Section 3515' of the Cdlifornia Government Code; and
12ii IIHEREr^S, the Local Agency Formation Commission may authorize the conducting
authority to conduct proceedings for change of organization without public hear-
13I, ing as per Section 35151 of the Cali forria :Government Code.
14 � NO1W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City -Council of the City of San
Jacinto, California, requests consideration of the following:
151 Upon the Local Agency Formation Commission approval of Annexation No. 46
161 to the City of San Jacinto, thE; said City of San Jacinto shall be authorized
to adopt a resolution ordering the annexation of Annexation No. 46 without pro-
171I viding notice, hearing or election provisions as provided by Section 35234 of
the California Government Code. Such resolution shall allow the City Council
lgil to direct the City Clerko re tcord Annexation No. =6 as provided by State law.
