2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ALL RUBBISH AND
3 REFUSE UPON AND ALL WEEDS GROWING UPON SPECIFIED
STREETS AND PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHIN SAID CITY TO
4 BE PUBLIC NUISANCES AP:D DECLARING ITS INTENTION
TO REMOVE AND ABATE THE SAME UNDER AND IN ACCORDANCE
5 WITH THE PROVISIONS OF TITLE 4, DIVISION 3, PART 2,
CHAPTER 13, ARTICLE 2, OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE

g Sth DAY OF March 1983, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
9 1. It is herebv found, determined and declared that rubbish and refuse
existing upon the hereinafter described parkways, streets and private property
10 within the City of San Jacinto, and weeds which bear seeds of wingy and/or
downy nature and/or attain such a large growth as to become a fire menace when
111 dry, and/or which are otherwise, noxious and/or dangerous, are growing upon the
streets, sidewalks and private property in the City of San Jacinto, California,
12 described in Exhibit "A" hereinafter referred to.
13 2. That pursuant to the provisions of Article 2, Chapter 13, Part 2,
Division 3, Title 4, of the California Government Code, such rubbish and refuse
14 existing at and such weeds growing in or upon streets, sidewalks, parkways or
private property at the locations set forth and more particularly described in
15 that certain list hereunto attached, marked Exhibit "A", and by this reference
incorporated in and made a part hereof, are determined and declared to be a
16 public nuisance which must be abated by the removal thereof.
17 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City'Council will at the time of its
regular meeting on April 5, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the
18 City Hall of said City, to hear and consider all objections to the proposed
, removal of weeds, rubbish and refuse.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
20 of this resolution and cause it to be published pursuant to law.
21 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March 1983 by the following
vote:
