A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
SUPERSEDES RESOLUTION NO . 2159
ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF FINES
FOR PARKING VIOLATIONS
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of San Jacinto may
within its policing authority set certain fees and fines to be
collected for violation of city ordinances, and;
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of San Jacinto in an
effort to assure that fees are established which accurately reflect
the costs for service and assure compliance with city ordinances
which are passed to assure the smooth traffic flow throughout the
City, and;
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of San Jacinto does
hereby find that the fines listed in the attached Exhibit "A" are
calculated in compliance with the recommendations of law which
provides for the establishing of parking fines and procedures;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the
City of San Jacinto hereby supersedes Resolution No . 2159 adopted
on September 21, 1993 adopting the attached schedule of fines which
pertain to the parking, stopping, and other control of vehicles
within the City, and that said fees shall be in full force and
effect as prescribed by law upon adoption of this Resolution.
MOVED, PASSED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City
Council on the lst day of February , 1994 .
