A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING DONATED PROPERTY FOR USE IN THE CITY
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES
VMEREAS, the City of San Jacinto from time to time may receive a donation
of property for use in City facilities; and
VMEREAS, the City, under current law, is authorized to accept such donations
on behalf of the City or any department within the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
San Jacinto accepts the donation of a Water Heater, as well as the cost of the
installation, from Henry Hafliger for use in the City Administrative Offices, 312 E. Main
Street.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1 st day of March 1994 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Leahy, solorio, Williams, Mayor Hafliger
NOES: None
