A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO ESTABLISHING FEES FOR ANIMAL CONTROL,
CITY CLERK AND COMMUNITY CENTER SERVICES AND
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 2048 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto may
within its policing authority set certain fees to be collected for
services provided by Animal Control, City Clerk, and Community
Center Departments; and
WHEREAS, the cost of providing services which are not
generally mandated by law should be borne by the recipient of such
services; and
WHEREAS , the intent of the City Council of the City of San
Jacinto is to establish a fee schedule for services by Animal
Control, City Clerk, and the Community Center Departments; and
WHEREAS, the General Fund of the City of San Jacinto can no
longer fully subsidize the cost of "non-mandated" services; and
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of San Jacinto does
hereby find that the fees listed in the attached "Exhibit All are
calculated to cover costs which the market will bear, including
City subsidy of costs for the services so provided.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of
San Jacinto hereby adopts the Master Fee Schedule for services by
Animal Control, City Clerk, and Community Center Departments as
shown on "Exhibit All and that said fees shall be in full force and
effect as prescribed by law upon adoption of this Resolution.
MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City
Council on the 19th day of April, 1994 .
