RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A SPENDING
LIMITATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 1994-95
WHEREAS, Article XIIIB of the California Constitution provides for
the establishment of a formal spending limitation; and
WHEREAS, the spending limitation for Fiscal Year 1994-95 totals
$11, 148 , 564 adjusted by Per Capita Personal Income and
January 1, 1994 population change .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Fiscal Year 1994-95 spending
limitation is hereby established as $11 , 148 , 564 subject
to later adjustments for annexations, transfer and newly-
assumed services and newly-established fees .
MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting held this 21 day of
June 1994, by the following vote :
AYES : Councilmembers Leahy, Solorio , Williams ,Mayor Hafliger
NOES : None
ABSENT: Vacant Seat
ABSTAIN: None
