A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA ADOPTING THE
1994-95 FISCAL YEAR MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN
REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CITY AND THE SAN JACINTO FIREFIGHTERS
ASSOCIATION
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED that representatives of the City and of the San Jacinto
Firefighters Association having met and conferred in good faith and jointly prepared a
written Memorandum of Understanding setting forth wages, hours and other terms and
conditions of employment for the 1994-95 fiscal year, the City Council of the City of San
Jacinto adopts said Memorandum of Understanding attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Moved, Passed, and adopted on the 5th day of July, 1994 by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmembers Leahy, Oaks , solorio, Mayor Pro-Tem Williams
Noes: None
Absent: Mayor Hafliger
Abstain: None
Mayor
