A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA DESIGNATING THE PERSON AUTHORIZED TO SIGN THE FISCAL
YEAR 1994-95 INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE CONTRACT WITH THE RIVERSIDE
COUNTY OFFICE ON AGING.
WHEREAS, the Riverside County Office on Aging requires the City Council of San Jacinto
to designate, by Resolution, the person authorized to sign the FY 1994-95 Information and
Assistance contract with the Riverside County Office on Aging as a part of the contract;
and
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto wishes to participate in this worthwhile program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the City Manager, Pamela S. Easter, be
designated the person authorized to execute the FY 1994-95 Information and Assistance
contract between the City of San Jacinto and the Riverside County Office on Aging.
MOVED, PASSED, AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 1994 by the following vote:
AYES: Coucilmembers Leahy, Oaks, Solorio, Williams, Mayor Hafliger
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
CERTIFICATION
