A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA TO SET ACTUAL CUSTOMER DUMP FEE CHARGES EFFECTIVE JULY
1, 1994.
WHEREAS, by contract effective August 1, 1992, the City of San Jacinto agreed that, to
the extent practicable, dump fee charges charged by the County shall be passed through
to customers at the "actual" charge per customer, computations to be made at the time of
the County notice of increase, and
WHEREAS, effective July 1, 1994, the County notified the City that the dump fee rate will
be increased to $38.50 per ton from $34.50 per ton, and
WHEREAS, the increase in County dump fees necessitates an adjustment effective July
1, 1994 to "actual" cost,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the County dump fee charges to be
passed through to City customers should be shown in the attached Exhibit "B". The
computations for the increases are shown in the attached Exhibit "A".
MOVED, PASSED, AND ADOPTED this 26th day of July, 1994 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Leahy, Oaks
NOES: Councilmember Williams
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Mayor Hafliger, Councilmember Solorio
