A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, AUTHORIZING THE CITY TRAFFIC
ENGINEER TO RESTRICT PARKING AT THE SAN
JACINTO COMMUNITY CENTER, AND TO POST SIGNS
THEREFOR
Whereas, the City Council for the City of San Jacinto
specifically finds that the parking lot of the San Jacinto
Community Center has been regularly used by private enterprise
for uses unrelated to the City' s business, or for uses unrelated
to the lawful tenancies of the Community Center; and
Whereas, such unrelated use of the City' s parking facilities
has interfered with the properly permitted uses of the San
Jacinto Community Center; and the orderly, efficient conduct of
the City' s business requires that the parking or standing of
vehicles on such parking lot be restricted,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The findings stated within the above recitals
are true and correct.
Section 2 . The City Council of the City of San Jacinto
hereby determines that the City's business requires that the
parking or standing of vehicles on the parking lot of the San
Jacinto Community Center shall be restricted for Community Center
Use Only. The traffic engineer shall properly post notice of
such restrictions.
Section 3 . This resolution is made pursuant to the
authority of San Jacinto ordinance 987 , Section 29.
MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of December, 1994,
at a regular meeting of the City Council for the City of San
Jacinto.
