A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA
INITIATING PROCEEDINGS FOR THE 1995-96
FISCAL YEAR ANNUAL UPDATE OF LANDSCAPING,
LIGHTING AND PARK DISTRICT NO. 1;
PURSUANT TO THE LANDSCAPING
AND LIGHTING ACT OF 1972
The City Council of the City of San Jacinto, California, does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. The City Council is considering and, therefore, proposes to update
Landscaping, Lighting and Park District No. 1 for Fiscal Year 1995-96, pursuant to the
Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 (Section 22500 and following, Streets and
Highways Code) for the purpose of the following improvements:
Maintaining and servicing street lighting, street trees, parkways, median
islands, and city parks; and graffiti removal. There are no proposed new
improvements or substantial changes of existing improvements since the 1994-95
annual update of this District.
This assessment district includes the land within the city limits of the City of San Jacinto,
as shown by map on file with the City Clerk of the City of San Jacinto.
Section 2. The City Council hereby directs the engineer to prepare and file with the City
Clerk a report in accordance with Article 4 of Chapter 1 of the Landscaping and Lighting
Act of 1972. Berryman and Henigar is hereby designated engineer for the purpose of
these proceedings.
Section 3. The Mayor shall sign this Resolution and the City Clerk shall attest and
certify to the passage and adoption thereof.
