A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING FOR THE SUBMISSION TO THE QUALIFIED
VOTERS OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO QUESTIONS RELATING TO
THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK AND CITY TREASURER
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to submit to the voters, at the election to be held
November 7, 1995, the questions relating to the Office of the City Clerk, and the Office
of the City Treasurer.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Jacinta, California, does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1 . That the City Council, pursuant to its right and authority, does order
submitted to the voters at the General Municipal Election, the
following questions:
SHALL THE OFFICE OF CITY CLERK BE APPOINTIVE?
YES OR NO
SHALL THE OFFICE OF CITY TREASURER BE APPOINTIVE?
YES OR NO
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED, this 16th day of May, 1995, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Leahy, Oaks, Williams, Mayor Solorio
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Seat Vacant
ABSTAIN: None
