A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING THE PERSON AUTHORIZED TO SIGN THE
FISCAL YEAR 1995-96 INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE CONTRACT WITH
THE RIVERSIDE COUNTY OFFICE ON AGING.
WHEREAS, the Riverside County Office on Aging requires the City Council of
San Jacinto to designate, by resolution, the person authorized to sign the FY 1995-96
information and assistance contract with the Riverside County Office on Aging; and
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto wishes to participate in this worthwhile program;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager, Pamela S. Easter, be
designated the person authorized to execute the Fiscal Year 1995-96 information and
assistance contract between the City of San Jacinto and the Riverside County Office on
Aging.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Jacinto that the
City Clerk shall certify to the passage hereof and cause this resolution to be entered into
the minutes of the City Council meeting.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August, 1995, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Leahy, Williams, Mayor Solorio
NOES None
ABSENT: Councilmember Oaks
ABSTAIN: None

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City
