RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A SPENDING LIMITATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 1995-
96
WHEREAS, Article XIIIB of the California Constitution provides for the
establishment of a formal spending limitation; and
WHEREAS, the spending limitation for Fiscal Year 1995-96 totals $11,749,472
adjusted by Per Capita Personal Income and January 1, 1995 population change.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Fiscal Year 1995-96 spending
limitation is hereby established as $11,749,472 subject to later adjustments for
annexations, transfer and newly assumed services and newly established fees.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September, 1995, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Leahy, Oaks , Williams , Mayor Solorio
NOES: None
ABSENT. Council Seat Vacant
ABSTAIN: None
