A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ACTING IN THEIR CAPACITY AS
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING CONTINUED FISCAL OPERATIONS UNTIL JANUARY 31,
1996 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto has not
adopted an annual budget for Fiscal Year 1995-96 ; and
WHEREAS, until a budget is adopted, it is necessary that funds be
expended for operating costs .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council hereby approves
the appropriation of funds to meet ordinary and necessary
expenses and the operating transfers as shown on the Fiscal Year
1995-96 budget and to provide for debt service requirements
through January 31, 1996 .
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 17th DAY OF October, 1995 by the
following vote :
AYES : councilmembers Leahy, Oaks, Williams, Mayor Solorio
NOES : None
ABSENT : Council Seat Vacant
