2 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE BOUNDARIES OF
"ANNEXATION N0. 611 TO CONFORM TO THE
3 BOUNDARIES O SAID
PROPOSED
AS OVEDBYTHE LOCALAGENCY FORMA-
4 T ION C OMMISS IQV .
5 WHEREAS, on June 282 1966 the City Council of the City of San
61 Jacinto by Resolution No. 694 declared its intention by its own
7 � motion to initiate proceedings to annex certain uninhabited territor ,,
8 identified as "Annexation No. 611 ;
9 � AND i,TBEREAS, on July 299 1966, this Council adopted Resolution
101 No. 698 amending the boundaries of said "Annexation No. 6" to
ll include an additicn al adjacent parcel of approximately 17 acres;
12 AND WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of River.
13 side County following a public hearing duly held on September 21,
14 1966, approved the initiaticn of proceedings to annex the uninhabite
15 territory described by Resolution No. 698 with the condition that
16 said territory be modified to include a parcel owned by James
17 Merrifield et ux. , and as described hereinbelow;
18 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
19 of San Jacinto this 27th day of September as follows :
20 1. The City Council assents to the boundaries as modified and
L1 approved by the Local Agency Formation Commission on September 219
22 1966 of"Annexation No. 6114,
23 2• The City Council decares its -intention to initiate by its
24 own motion forthwith proceedings to annex to the City of San Jacint
25 all the territory hereinafter described, ms uninhabited territory
26 under the provisions of the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act
27 of 1939) as set forth in Secticn s 35300 to 353252 inclusive of the
28 Government Code of the State of California.
29 I 3, Paragraph 3 of Resolution No. 691+ is amended to read as
30 paragraph 4 of this Resolution reads.
31 4. That the territory which the Council proposes to annex is
32 herr-by identified as "Annexation No. 611 , and consists of that real

I. All that uninhabited territory situated in the County of River-
side, State of California, and described as follows :
1 Portions of Sections 27 and 34, T4S., R1W., located in Rancho San Jacinto
2 Viejo, as shown on Map of the San Jacinto Land Association, San,Jacinto Rancho,
3 Book 8, Page 357, Records of San Diego County, California, more specifically
4 described as follows:
5 Beginning at the intersection of the center line of De Anza Drive (Formerly ,
6 Hollywood Drive) and the center line of Grand Avenue as shown on map, Record of
7 Survey Book 12, Page 25, Records of the Recorder, County of Riverside, said
8 portion of Grand Avenue having been vacated by the County of Riverside, by ,
9 Instrument No. 57015 dated May 31, 1966, said point also being on the present
10 city boundary line of the city of San Jacinto, California.
11 Thence N. 45' 22' 00" W., along the center line of De Anza Drive (Formerly
12 Hollywood Drive), a distance of 1,632.82 feet more or less, as shown on said map,
13 Record of Survey Book 12, Page 25, said center line also being the northeast line

14 of Lots No. 140 and 141, as 'shown on said map, Book 8, Page 357, Records of San
15 'Diego County, California, to the northeasterly prolongation of the southeast line
16 of that certain parcel conveyed to J. R. Black, by deed recorded in Book 56,
17 Page 328, Records of San Diego County„California;
18 Thence S. 44" 41' 00" W., a distance of 170.00 feet, more or less, to the
19 south corner of said parcel;
20 Thence N. 45° 22' 00" W., a distance of 165.00 feet, more or less;
21 Thence S. 441141' 00" W., a distance of 72.00 feet more or less;
22 Thence N. 45° 22' 00" W., a distance of 150.00 feet, more or less, to the
23 north line of that certain parcel conveyed to Wm. W. Baxter by Instrument No. 2271,
24 dated October 20, 1947.
25 Thence West along said north line of said parcel, a distance of 754.32 feet,
26 more or less, to the northwest corner thereof;
27 Thence S. 430 15' 00" E., along the southwest line of said parcel, a distance
28 of 1498.20 feet, more or less, to the northwest line of that certain parcel conveyed
29 to George and Gertrude D. Dykstra, by Instrument No. 4591 dated July 30, 1942;
30 Thence S. 44° 41' 00" W., along the northwest line of said parcel a distance
31 of 237.60 feet, more or less to the most westerly corner of said parcel;

1 point on the center line of Cottonwood Avenue, said point being a distance of
2 775.82 feet, more or less, westerly from the southeast corner of Lot No. 141, as
3 shown on said map of said Record of Survey Book 12, Page 25, Records of the
4 Recorder, County of Riverside, California; said center line also being the north
5 line of Lot No. 154 as shown on said Map Book 8, Page 357, Records of San Diego
6 County, California;
7 Thence S. 89° 39' 30" W., along the center line of Cottonwood Avenue, to a
8 point distant. 552.22 feet, more or less, easterly from the northwest corner of saiu
9 Section 34, T4S., R1W., measured along said center line of said Cottonwood Avenue;
10 Thence south along a line paralial to the west line of said Section 34, T4S.,
11 R1W., a distance of 1290.00 feet, more or less, to the south line of that certain
12 parcel conveyed to the cityof San Jacinto by instrument No. 1407, dated December
13 21, 1936, Records of the Recorder, County of Riverside, California.
14 Thence easterly, along the south line of said parcel, as conveyed to said
15 city of San Jacinto, a distance of 744.81 feet, more or less, to the said center
16 line of Grand Avenue;
17 Thence along the center line of Grand Avenue to the point of beginning.
